The ERO-Grapeliner 7000 grape harvester

The ERO-Grapeliner 7000 grape harvester is a marvel of hydraulic technology that helps winegrowers produce high-quality wines economically.

With 270 employees in Germany, ERO GmbH today produces machines that are needed to care for and harvest vines throughout the year. Founded in a small barn workshop in the 1960s, ERO GmbH is still a family business today and thus has parallels with the founding history and corporate structure of HANSA‑FLEX.
More than 30 years of experience in mechanised grape harvesting have gone into the ERO Grapeliner 7000. Sophisticated innovations set the highest standards, also thanks to hydraulic systems. HANSA‑FLEX has been a supplier for hose lines, pipelines and couplings since 2018. The expansion of supply in the area of fittings is planned.
The outstanding features of the ERO Grapeliner 7000, the only grape harvester made in Germany, are top-class harvesting quality, ease of use and safety even on steep slopes. The ingenious harvesting head with triple crop cleaning ensures that pure grapes without leaves reach the grape tank. The system can be supplemented by a destemmer, which separates the berries from the raisins, and a sorting system, which specifically sorts out the last bits of dirt.

Many of the fascinating and helpful systems of the ERO-Grapeliner 7000 grape harvester are realised thanks to hydraulic technology.

1/4

Hydraulic steering with a maximum steering angle of +/- 90°. Sprung front axle with 2 diaphragm pressure accumulators. Hydraulic height adjustment by up to 750 mm - individually to the right, left, front, rear or overall.

2/4

Hydrostatic travel drive with a max. gradeability of 40 %, max. slope levelling of 30 % at a max. speed of 40 km/h. Suction-return filter for travel drive and working hydraulics.

3/4

115 hydraulic hose lines, 4 hydraulic pumps, 14 hydraulic motors, 13 hydraulic cylinders, 7 control blocks in the chassis. In the destemmer, a further 20 hydraulic hose lines, 1 control block, 5 hydraulic motors and 2 hydraulic cylinders.

The grape harvest is in full swing here. The grape bunches fall into the collection container on the side.

2/4

The grape harvester moves across the centre of the row of vines. For optimum harvesting results, the height of all four edges can be adjusted to suit the surroundings.

4/4
The automatic steering guides the grape harvester precisely along the row of vines. A high level of safety is ensured by the balanced weight distribution and equipment features such as the standard four-wheel foot brake, the differential lock and the steep slope protection.
