Conditions of participation for social media competitions

Sports clubs can apply for shirt sponsorship 2025 with their children's or youth team and take part in the prize draw. From 01.05.2025, 19:00 to 31.05.2025, 23:59, the club can participate with a video/reel post and the hashtag #TeamSportSupport on Instagram and Facebook. The participating club must follow HANSA‑FLEX on social media and tag/link its post with “HANSA‑FLEX AG” (Facebook) or @hansaflex_ag (Instagram). The terms and conditions of participation are thereby accepted. Participation in the campaign includes the consent that pictures/video recordings and the name of the association may be published for all publications of the HANSA‑FLEX Group.

Eligibility  

Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation (account holder). Only children's and youth teams are eligible for the prize draw (Bambini to U18).

Exclusion of participants 

Only one posting/video/reel per participant or participating club will be considered. In the event of multiple entries or false information provided by the participant or club when registering, they may be excluded from the competition and in particular from the prize distribution.

Exclusion of liability 

HANSA‑FLEX is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the promotion or the inaccessibility of the Internet server, unless the damages are due to gross negligence or willful misconduct for which HANSA‑FLEX is responsible.  

Draw 

The winners will be determined on 02.06.2025 based on the most likes and notified by direct message (DM). Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The winner must respond to the prize notification by 08.06.2025 at 23:59, otherwise the claim to the prize will expire. The winners will be announced without guarantee.  

Prize description 

The prize draw will be for jersey sets consisting of shirts, shorts and socks (standard competition clothing is permitted for other sports) bearing the HANSA‑FLEX AG logo. The color combinations of clothing and logo are specified by HANSA‑FLEX. Each winning club will receive EUR 1,000 (one thousand euros) including 19% VAT to purchase the sportswear.  

Prize processing 

A service provider selected by HANSA‑FLEX will be available to the winners for the entire processing and realization. This service provider will be named in the prize notification. The use of this supplier is binding for the winners. Procurement via an own supplier and subsequent submission of the invoice to HANSA‑FLEX is excluded. If goods are ordered that exceed the maximum amount (incl. VAT), the club will receive a separate invoice for the difference. Payment of the difference is excluded. The procurement of the equipment must be completed by 30.08.2025 inclusive. Requests received by the supplier or HANSA‑FLEX after 01.09.2025 are invalid.  

Miscellaneous 

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. HANSA‑FLEX reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the competition.  

Exclusion of legal recourse  

 The winners will be drawn to the exclusion of legal recourse. Cash payment of prizes is not possible.
