HANSA-FLEX technical presentation at major VDBUM seminar generates interest

With more than 1,000 participants from the construction industry as well as environmental and mechanical engineering, there was a lively exchange about future topics such as the efficient use of resources and digitalization.

HANSA‑FLEX is a long-standing member of the association and an annual exhibitor at the VDBUM major seminar. For us, this seminar is always a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, expand our network and hold valuable, technical discussions. 
This year, Thorben Buschmann, Head of Product Management, and Timo Wendt, Head of Digital Solutions, spoke on the topic of Workshop 4.0. Their contribution entitled "Hydraulics in the construction industry - digitalization in preventive maintenance and rapid spare parts procurement" generated great interest among the trade audience. In their presentation, they introduced the principle as well as the history of X-CODE and went into detail about the My.HANSA‑FLEX customer portal. The HANSA‑FLEX speakers creatively and clearly demonstrated the interplay of data-driven insight generation and operational excellence of the digital solution with the help of a model made of plug-in modules. They also presented projects such as X-CODE RFID, X-CODE Manager Mobile and X-CODE as QR CODE.
