Wholesale and foreign trade management: The job for all-rounders

In your training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, we teach you everything you need to know about accounting and selling and purchasing goods. At our head office in Bremen, you also work together with other departments such as Logistics, where you’ll be preparing quotations, drawing up invoices, processing delivery notes and ordering goods. You can also work in one of our branches across Germany and get to know workshop tasks up close.

Office management: The training for organisation specialists

As an office management clerk, you mainly coordinate appointments, prepare important meetings and process correspondence. You and your team are the pillar on which everything else rests, which is why you’ll be learning how to manage orders, how accounting works and how to better give assistance to your colleagues.

Human resources: The job for outgoing people

You have a knack for keeping an eye on everything where others might get lost in the chaos? In human resources, you keep an eye on the job and applicant market and monitor our advertised vacancies. We also show you how to handle recruitment processes, how payroll is done and how contract management works. You’ll be coming into contact with lots of new applications, which is why you’ll also learn how to coordinate the entire application process together with your colleagues to help applicants find their dream job.

Marketing communication: The training for media experts

You can expect a varied working environment during your training as a marketing communications clerk. We teach you how to develop and implement marketing and communication concepts, organise trade fair appearances and company events and help shape the public appearance of the HANSA‑FLEX family. Photo sessions and films are your forte, and you’ll be working on research topics for our website, planning content for our magazines and intranet and creating marketing materials and product information.
